(1)- If the commission needs to take the opinion and services of an expert on any complaint or incident to be investigated, it may take the opinion and services of the relevant expert individually or institutionally.
(2) If the expert's opinion as per sub-rule (1) is to be consulted, the Commission shall prepare a list of experts with the following details:-
(a) Name,
(b) Eligibility,
(c) business,
(d) Work experience in the relevant subject, (e) Field of special interest,
(f) Other relevant matters.
(3) Except for the work mentioned in sub-rule (1), the Commission may hire the services of an expert if the services of an expert are required for the study, research, training or any other task under the action plan of the Commission.
